Terms of Service — Quantic Zen

Last updated: July 24, 2026.

1. Who runs this site

This service is provided by Bogumiła Drabarz, Koszalin, Polska, under Polish law — including the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Art. 8). Contact: contact@quanticzen.com. These terms are available free of charge at this permanent address, and can be viewed, saved, and printed at any time.

2. Scope of the service

Quantic Zen publishes free editorial essays, plus a contact form / newsletter signup for readers who want to get in touch. No account is required, nothing is sold on this site, and no fee is charged for using it.

3. Using the site

Any device with an internet connection and a modern browser is sufficient. The contract for the contact-form / signup service is formed the moment you submit the form, and is performed once we reply or send the requested information — no further steps or costs are involved. Submitting unlawful content through the form is not permitted.

We may take the site offline temporarily for maintenance, updates, or issues at our hosting provider.

4. Content

Content on this site is provided for informational purposes and reflects the state of knowledge at the time of publication. It does not constitute professional advice.

5. Copyright

Content on this site is protected by copyright. You may quote it for personal use and commentary, with attribution and a link back to the source page. Commercial reuse requires our prior consent — write to contact@quanticzen.com.

6. Complaints

Complaints about how the site or the contact form works can be sent to contact@quanticzen.com, describing the issue and the page it relates to. We reply within 14 days.

7. Personal data

How we process personal data — cookies, analytics, legal bases, and your rights — is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

Polish law applies to matters not covered by these terms, in particular the Act on the provision of electronic services and the Civil Code. We may update these terms for valid reasons, such as changes in law or in the service itself; the new version applies from the moment it is published here, with the date shown above.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see whether anyone's actually reading — only with your consent, no ad profiling.
